“I have always been fascinated by animation and have toyed with the idea for some time. After some experimentation, I decided to work on a short and simple draft project. My eldest daughter, Zara, who has a fascination with little bugs, was about to turn three. This was the perfect opportunity to produce a very short, yet complete animation. The character ‘Gogga’, was mesh modeled, rigged, animated and sequenced in Blender, and burned onto DVD. The audio is from a video clip taken at Argestugues, near Andorra, in the Spanish Pyrenees. I have been bitten by the bug, and plan to produce a sequence of shorts. As this is a fairly new undertaking, the quality will be improved as I advance. I have various film and animation projects in mind to accompany my future work.”
